Foe of lottery declines to sound casino alarm

If Arkansas does its own, Oklahoma’s lottery expects to lose $ 10 million to $ 12 million in ticket sales a year, Missouri’s estimates it would lose $ 25 million to $ 30 million the first year and Tennessee’s estimates a $ 2. 2 million loss, according to officials in those states.
