Children would be banned from being in lottery commercials under a measure passed Tuesday by the Senate.
“Young people can’t gamble,” Justice said. “It doesn’t seem fitting that they should be able to help advertise something they can’t participate in.”
House Bill 1321, by Rep. Harold Wright, R-Weatherford, and Sen.
